Sandblasting and Powder Coating

(Full Service ONLY)

Completely transform the look of your radiator to match any aesthetic you want. Remove all old rust, lead-based paint, spray paint, etc. from your radiator and coat it in a waterproof and heatproof powder that is melted onto its surface. Just choose the color & finish and we’ll handle the rest.


* Please keep in mind: SBPC’ing Services are only paired with FULL service - which includes the following:

  1. Delivery: Transporting your radiator to and from our SBPC’ing facility.

  2. Reinstallation: Reinstalling your radiator with our valves, vents/bleeders, and traps.

  3. Re-pitching: Ensuring the radiator is re-pitched correctly for optimal performance.

Installation & Replacement

We quickly install or replace any leaking, broken, or missing valves of all types. We will replace old pipes and/or nipples if necessary.

We offer seasonal services to flush out boiler systems so they work properly and efficiently for Fall and Winter. This service includes the cleaning of boiler burners, installation of new thermocouples, oiling the pump as necessary, and verifying that all radiator valves & air breathers/steam vents are in working condition.

For water systems, this also includes draining & refilling your system with fresh water, and bleeding the radiators as necessary.
